Seeking a seasoned litigation partner to join a well-established Silicon Valley office and lead complex healthcare and technology disputes. The role focuses on professional defense and business litigation matters arising at the intersection of healthcare, AI, cybersecurity and digital assets.

The successful candidate will join a collaborative team that handles high-stakes litigation and regulatory work for healthcare-sector clients and technology companies. This is a client-facing leadership role with responsibility for developing and expanding practice-area work across the region.

Established partner-level experience in healthcare litigation and related business litigation (including FCA, managed-care, or provider-side matters)
Demonstrated experience handling technology-related disputes or investigations (AI, cybersecurity, cryptocurrency/crypto-asset matters is a plus)
Proven client development and practice-building capabilities; portable book of business welcomed
Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction and strong courtroom and client-management skills
