Senior litigation partner opportunity with a national firm’s Boston office, leading matters at the intersection of healthcare and technology. The role focuses on defending healthcare clients in regulatory and False Claims Act matters and handling complex commercial disputes involving cybersecurity and emerging technologies.

The team seeks an established partner who will run and grow a litigation practice, mentor associates, and work collaboratively across regulatory, healthcare, and technology practices. Candidates should be comfortable leading trial-ready matters and advising on high-stakes investigations and regulatory responses.

Portable business and an ability to develop new client opportunities in healthcare litigation, FCA defense, cybersecurity, or cryptocurrency-related disputes will be viewed positively.

Established partner with significant commercial and healthcare litigation experience
Proven track record in False Claims Act defense, regulatory investigations, or related healthcare matters
Experience handling technology-related disputes (cybersecurity, cryptocurrency, AI) preferred
Ability to originate or bring portable client relationships and develop business in the Boston market
Strong trial and courtroom experience and experience mentoring junior lawyers
