Established litigation partner with substantial healthcare-defense experience, including False Claims Act and managed care matters.
Track record handling technology-related disputes (AI, cybersecurity, crypto) and coordinating cross-disciplinary litigation strategies.
Proven client development and relationship-management skills; ability and interest in growing a portable practice.
Experience supervising teams and mentoring junior lawyers; excellent courtroom and motion practice capabilities.
