The role focuses on defending False Claims Act and managed-care matters and on technology-driven commercial litigation.

The position involves leading cases, advising healthcare and technology-sector clients on risk and regulatory exposure, and developing new business. Candidates will join a national practice with broad platform resources while maintaining autonomy over a portable practice.

Established partner with significant litigation experience, ideally including healthcare litigation and FCA defense.
Track record handling technology-related disputes (AI, cybersecurity, or cryptocurrency matters) and complex commercial litigation.
Proven client-development ability and comfort managing a portable practice.
Admission to the New York bar (or eligible) and strong trial or contested-matter experience.
