Lateral Partner — Litigation & Healthcare, Washington, D.C.

Seeking a lateral partner to join the firm’s Washington, D.C. office to lead and grow a litigation practice with a strong focus on healthcare disputes. The role centers on defending False Claims Act matters and managed-care litigation, while also handling complex business disputes involving cybersecurity, AI and cryptocurrency issues.

The partner will manage significant client matters, collaborate across national teams, and mentor associates. The position is client-facing and requires active business development to expand work for the practice group; a portable practice or existing client relationships will be valued.

• Established partner-level litigation experience, with significant work defending FCA and managed-care matters.
• Track record handling technology-related business disputes (cybersecurity, AI, cryptocurrency) is desirable.
• Proven client development and relationship-management skills; portable book of business preferred.
• Experience leading teams, supervising associates, and working with cross-office practice groups.
• Bar admission or eligibility to be admitted in Washington, D.C.
