The role will handle patent litigation (with a strong life‑sciences and technology emphasis), privacy and data‑protection matters, and antitrust litigation tied to private‑equity work.
The position requires an experienced trial lawyer who can lead high‑stakes matters, mentor junior lawyers, and contribute to an integrated, cross‑discipline practice. The team works with clients across private equity, life sciences, technology and energy sectors.
Candidates with a portable practice or ability to bring business are encouraged to apply; the group offers an open compensation approach and partner support for business development.
- Established partner-level litigation practice with demonstrable experience in patent and/or antitrust litigation.
- Track record handling life‑sciences or technology disputes and experience with privacy/data‑protection issues preferred.
- Proven trial and motion practice skills and ability to supervise associates.
- Business development capability; candidates with a portable practice or existing client relationships are strongly considered.
- Admission (or ability to gain admission) to practice in Texas and willingness to be based in Dallas.
