Lateral Partner — Litigation & Intellectual Property (Antitrust focus) — Chicago

Seeking an experienced partner to join a busy Chicago litigation team handling complex patent and antitrust disputes, with matters spanning life sciences, technology and private equity transactions. The role combines courtroom work, high-stakes patent litigation and competition litigation tied to transactional activity.

The team represents sophisticated corporate clients in national and multi‑district matters and works closely with practice groups across the U.S. This position is an opportunity to lead high‑value litigation, mentor junior lawyers and expand a portable practice within an established platform.

• Established partner with a proven track record in patent litigation and antitrust or complex commercial litigation.
• Experience litigating life‑sciences and/or technology disputes; familiarity with private equity‑related antitrust issues preferred.
• Strong trial and motion practice, with leadership on national or multi‑district cases.
• Demonstrated client development capability and a portable practice; ability to integrate into cross‑practice teams and mentor associates.
• Bar admission in Illinois or ability to transfer; eligible to work in the U.S.
