Lateral Partner — Litigation, Intellectual Property & Corporate (Greensboro)

Established multi-practice U.S. law firm is seeking a lateral partner based in Greensboro to join and grow its Litigation, Intellectual Property and Corporate practices. The role offers the opportunity to work on complex IP litigation, corporate matters and mass tort/product liability matters alongside experienced teams across the Southeast.

Ideal candidates will have a portable practice or demonstrated ability to develop significant client relationships and collaborate with regional offices. The firm values partners who can contribute business development, mentor associates, and integrate into cross-practice client solutions.

• Partner-level experience in litigation, intellectual property litigation or corporate practice.
• Track record of originating or managing client relationships; portable practice preferred.
• Experience with mass tort/product liability or ERISA matters a plus.
• Strong client development, team leadership and mentoring skills.
