Established national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Huntsville office to strengthen litigation, intellectual property litigation and corporate capabilities. The role is suitable for a trial-ready partner with an established, portable practice who can originate and grow client relationships.

The firm is recruiting across several practice areas and is particularly interested in partners with experience in mass torts/product liability, patent or IP litigation, corporate governance and ERISA-related matters. Candidates nationwide will be considered, with priority given to those interested in Southeastern offices and other major U.S. hubs.

Partner-level experience with a demonstrable, portable practice or book of business.
Proven track record in litigation and/or intellectual property disputes or established corporate practice (corporate governance, ERISA experience a plus).
Strong client origination and relationship-management skills; ability to collaborate across offices and grow a regional practice.
Trial or courtroom experience preferred for litigation-focused candidates; significant transactional or corporate governance experience for corporate-focused candidates.
