The role will focus on high‑value IP and commercial litigation, mass tort/product‑liability matters, and corporate governance work.
The firm is prioritizing candidates with a portable practice or demonstrable business development track record who can contribute to growth across the Southeast; opportunities to collaborate on new or shared offices are also available. Equity opportunities are considered on a case‑by‑case basis.
- Partner‑level lawyer with substantial experience in litigation, IP litigation, or corporate practice
- Proven business development skills and a portable practice or demonstrated ability to originate work
- Experience with mass tort/product liability, IP, ERISA or corporate governance matters preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively across offices and help grow regional practice lines
