Lateral Partner — Litigation, Intellectual Property & Corporate — New York

National law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its New York office to help grow its Litigation, Intellectual Property and Corporate practices. The firm is focused on expanding high-value, portable practices and seeks senior lawyers who can contribute both client work and new business development.

Priority practice areas include complex commercial litigation, patent and IP litigation, mass tort/product liability matters, and corporate governance and transactional work. Candidates should be comfortable collaborating across offices and practice groups to support client service and office growth.

• Established partner with significant experience in one or more of: commercial litigation, IP/patent litigation, mass tort/product liability, or corporate transactions/governance.
• Proven track record of originating or managing client relationships; a portable book of business is preferred.
• Strong leadership, team management and cross-office collaboration skills.
• Bar admission in relevant US jurisdiction and ability to practice in New York.
