Seeking a lateral partner to join a busy regional office focused on litigation, intellectual property and corporate matters. The role will handle complex commercial litigation and IP disputes, and may also support transactional corporate work and governance matters.

The firm is looking for a seasoned trial- and client-facing lawyer with a portable practice who can help grow market presence in the region. Candidates should be comfortable collaborating across offices and practice groups, including mass tort, product liability, ERISA and patent/IP litigation teams.

Established partner with significant litigation or IP experience; transactional corporate background a plus
Portable book of business or demonstrable client origination and development ability
Proven trial or dispute-resolution experience (complex commercial, IP or mass tort/product liability matters)
Strong client management, cross-office collaboration and business development skills
