Top-tier regional firm is seeking experienced partner-level candidates to join its Wilmington office. The firm is recruiting across litigation (including product liability/mass tort and personal injury), intellectual property (particularly patent/IP litigation) and corporate practices; candidates with portable practices who can help grow these groups are especially welcome.

Successful hires will join a collaborative platform with multiple offices across the U.S., working on high‑value, complex matters and partnering with established teams to expand client relationships. The firm is open to strong partners across related southeastern and national offices and will consider flexible arrangements for candidates with a significant portable practice.

Established partner-level experience in litigation, IP litigation, corporate transactions, or ERISA-related matters.
Proven track record of originating or sustaining client business; portable book of business preferred.
Strong courtroom and/or transactional experience relevant to the practice area; mass tort/product liability experience a plus for litigation roles.
Ability to collaborate across offices and contribute to business development and mentoring of junior lawyers.
