Lateral Partner — Litigation & Intellectual Property (Greenville)

Seeking an experienced lateral partner to join a well-established U.S. practice group with active Litigation, Intellectual Property and Corporate capabilities. The team is expanding its presence in the Southeast and is open to candidates across multiple offices.

Ideal candidates will have a portable practice and proven ability to generate business, particularly in IP litigation, mass tort/product liability, ERISA-related matters or corporate work. The firm offers competitive compensation and may consider equity on a case-by-case basis.

Opportunities include collaborating with existing teams to grow regional bench strength and, in select situations, helping develop or support new office coverage.

• Established lateral partner with significant experience in Litigation, IP litigation, Corporate or Mass Torts/Product Liability.
• Portable book of business and demonstrable business development track record preferred.
• Strong trial or litigation management experience for product liability/mass tort matters; patent/IP litigation experience for IP roles.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to mentor junior lawyers and integrate into cross-office teams.
