Lateral Partner — Litigation & Intellectual Property, Houston

Seeking a lateral partner to join a busy Houston office with leadership opportunity in litigation and intellectual property. The role is open to partners with a portable practice who can develop and lead matter teams across IP litigation, product liability/mass tort, and corporate matters.

The team handles bet-the-company litigation and high-value IP matters alongside transactional and governance work. This is a partner-level opening with expectations for business development, client management, and mentoring junior lawyers.

• Established partner with significant litigation and/or IP practice; portable book of business welcomed
• Track record of originating and managing client relationships; proven trial or lead-counsel experience preferred
• Experience in mass tort/product liability and/or complex IP litigation or corporate governance matters
• Eligible to practice in Texas (or able to seek admission) and able to work from the Houston office
