Lateral Partner — Litigation & Intellectual Property — Las Vegas

Established national law firm is recruiting a lateral partner to join its Las Vegas office to grow litigation, intellectual property litigation and corporate-related practices. The role targets experienced trial lawyers and IP litigators as well as partners with mass-torts, product‑liability or ERISA practices who can contribute to a busy defense and commercial litigation platform.

The firm is seeking partners with a portable practice and a demonstrated ability to originate and manage client relationships. The office offers collaborative opportunities across multiple U.S. locations and flexible compensation structures, with partnership equity considered on a case‑by‑case basis.

• Established partner or counsel with significant litigation or IP litigation experience (mass tort/product liability experience a plus)
• Portable practice or demonstrated business development record preferred
• Strong trial and case‑management skills; experience supervising teams
• Active U.S. bar admission and ability to practice in the relevant jurisdiction
