Lateral Partner — Litigation & Intellectual Property — London

Senior litigation partner with a strong intellectual property practice sought for a major London team. The role focuses on leading high‑stakes IP disputes, complex commercial litigation and class action defence, with a significant element of privacy and data‑protection litigation.

The successful candidate will lead and mentor a team, manage client relationships and advise on cross‑border matters. There is an expectation of contributing to business development and growing the UK practice; candidates with a portable practice or demonstrable client origination are encouraged to apply.

• Established partner with substantial litigation and IP dispute experience at a senior level
• Proven track record in class actions or multi‑party litigation and privacy/data‑protection matters
• Demonstrable client relationship and business development skills; portable practice advantageous
• Experience managing teams and supervising complex, cross‑border matters
• Admissions/eligibility to practise in England & Wales (or ability to obtain)
