Lateral Partner — Litigation & Intellectual Property — Nashville

We are seeking a lateral partner to join a national firm’s Nashville office with an established litigation and intellectual property practice. The role will focus on high-stakes litigation, IP enforcement/defense, and corporate matters tied to those practices.

The firm is prioritizing candidates with a portable practice and a strong book of business, particularly in patent/IP litigation, mass torts/product liability, ERISA or corporate practice areas. This opening sits within a broader regional growth strategy across the Southeast and select West Coast markets.

• Established partner with a proven track record in litigation and/or intellectual property (patent/IP litigation preferred).
• Portable practice or demonstrable client relationships and business development capability; significant book of business welcomed.
• Experience handling mass torts, product liability, or complex commercial litigation a plus.
• Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction(s) and ability to practice in Nashville (or willingness to relocate/align with regional office).
