Lateral Partner — Litigation & Intellectual Property (Phoenix)

Senior lateral partner opportunity in the Phoenix office of a national law firm seeking to grow its Litigation, Intellectual Property and Corporate practices. The role focuses on high‑value IP and complex commercial litigation matters, with opportunities to collaborate across mass tort, product liability and corporate governance teams.

The firm is particularly interested in partners with a portable practice and demonstrated client relationships who can help expand regional capacity. This position offers a platform for partners who want to lead matters, develop teams, and work cross‑office on national disputes and IP litigation.

• Established partner with significant experience in IP litigation and/or complex commercial litigation; corporate experience also considered.
• Proven track record of originating and managing client relationships; a portable book of business is preferred.
• Strong trial and motion practice for product liability/mass tort matters or high‑stakes IP litigation.
• Ability to build and mentor teams and collaborate across offices on multi‑jurisdictional matters.
