Leading regional office seeks a lateral partner to join a busy Litigation and Intellectual Property team with significant corporate work. This role is for an experienced trial and IP practitioner who will help grow and lead matters across product liability, mass torts, patent and trademark litigation, and related corporate governance issues.

The firm is focused on growth in the Southeast (with strong presence in Raleigh) but is open to experienced partners with portable practices in other U.S. offices. The role offers flexibility on engagement model and collaboration across litigation, IP and corporate teams.

Established partner with substantial litigation or IP trial experience; track record handling product liability, mass torts, and/or patent litigation matters.
Demonstrable portable practice or book of business and ability to originate or expand client relationships.
Strong leadership and business development skills; experience working with corporate governance, ERISA-related matters, or cross-practice client teams is a plus.
Admission to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction or willingness to become admitted.
