Lateral Partner — Litigation & Intellectual Property — Reno

Established national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Reno office to lead and grow litigation and intellectual property matters. The role emphasizes trial-ready IP litigation and complex product-liability/mass-torts work, with opportunity to collaborate across corporate and ERISA practices.

The team handles high‑stakes civil litigation and IP disputes for a diverse client base. This is a partner-level role for an experienced rainmaker who can bring or develop a portable practice and mentor junior lawyers within a multi‑office platform.

• Proven partner-level experience in IP litigation, product‑liability or mass‑tort litigation
• Portable book of business preferred; demonstrable client development record
• Strong trial and case-management skills; ability to supervise associates
• Comfort working collaboratively across corporate, ERISA and regional offices
