Lateral Partner — Litigation & Intellectual Property — Tallahassee

A well‑established national firm is seeking a partner to join its Tallahassee office to lead and grow patent litigation matters and related IP work. The role will involve handling complex contested proceedings, coordinating trial strategy, and managing client relationships.

The office also has a complementary finance practice, and there are opportunities to collaborate on matters involving leveraged and structured finance where IP issues intersect with transactional work. The position suits a partner with an established litigation practice and experience developing and retaining client business.

• Significant partner‑level experience in patent litigation and related IP disputes.
• Proven track record of originations or a portable client base and demonstrable business development ability.
• Experience managing teams, supervising associates, and leading trial or contested proceedings.
• Bar admission in the relevant state and ability to meet any courtroom admission requirements.
