Leading national law firm seeking a lateral partner to grow and lead a Corporate and Energy transactional practice in the Tallahassee office. The role will focus on M&A and transactional work across technology, capital markets and energy sectors, including renewable energy project development and commercial oil & gas matters.

The partner will be expected to originate and manage client relationships, work collaboratively with cross-practice teams, and contribute to business development and firm leadership locally and regionally. This is a partner-level role for an experienced transactional lawyer with a proven track record.

Established partner-level experience in M&A and corporate/transactional matters.
Substantive experience in energy-sector transactions, including renewables and oil & gas project development and commercial work.
Relevant experience with technology transactions and capital markets matters preferred.
Proven business development skills and an established portable practice or client relationships.
Strong leadership, client-management, and cross-practice collaboration abilities; ability to work in the specified jurisdiction(s).
