An established national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Tucson office to lead and grow litigation and intellectual property work. The role offers the chance to build a practice in a supportive platform with national reach and collaboration across offices.

Priority practice areas for this hire include patent/IP litigation, complex product-liability and mass-tort litigation, and corporate practice areas such as governance and transactional work. Candidates with a portable practice and a proven record of originating business will be strongly considered.

Established partner with significant experience in IP litigation, complex product-liability/mass-torts, or corporate transactional work.
Portable practice/book of business preferred; demonstrable business development and client-management capability.
Strong trial or litigation advocacy skills for litigation-focused candidates; deal-structuring and corporate governance experience for corporate candidates.
Ability to collaborate across offices and contribute to practice growth and mentoring of junior lawyers.
