Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Walnut Creek office to help grow litigation, intellectual property (including patent litigation) and corporate capabilities. The role emphasizes developing and expanding a portable practice and collaborating with teams across West Coast and national offices.

Ideal candidates will be experienced trial or IP partners who can originate work, mentor junior lawyers, and play a visible role in business development and client service. The firm offers flexibility on fee arrangements and partner compensation structures.

Partner-level experience in litigation, patent/IP litigation, mass torts/product liability, or corporate practice
Proven portable book of business or strong origination record preferred
Success managing complex matters and mentoring associates
Active bar admission(s) and ability to work collaboratively across offices
