Lateral Partner — Litigation & Intellectual Property, Winston-Salem

Senior lateral partner opportunity with a national U.S. law firm seeking leaders in litigation, intellectual property, and corporate-related practices. The role is based in the Winston‑Salem office with flexibility to consider candidates across southeastern and select west‑coast offices.

The firm is looking for a partner who can build or expand a practice group, collaborate across offices, and contribute to firm growth — particularly in IP/patent litigation, mass torts/product liability, corporate work, or ERISA/employee benefits matters. Portable practices and established client relationships are welcomed.

• Established partner with significant experience in litigation, IP, corporate, mass torts/product liability, or ERISA/employee benefits.
• Proven track record of originating or leading matters and ability to develop business across offices; portable book of business encouraged.
• Strong leadership, team-building, and client-development skills; comfortable working in a multi-office national platform.
• Willingness to be based in Winston‑Salem or another regional office with regular travel/coordination across practices.
