Lateral Partner, Litigation & Intellectual Property (with Corporate interest) — San Francisco

Established national law firm is seeking a senior lateral partner to join its San Francisco office to strengthen its litigation and intellectual property capabilities, with opportunities to work across the corporate practice. The team handles complex litigation matters including product liability, mass tort, and IP litigation alongside corporate governance and ERISA-related work.

The role is well suited to a partner with an established, portable practice who can contribute business development and collaborate across offices. The firm offers flexible compensation arrangements and a platform to grow a practice regionally or nationally.

• Experienced partner-level litigator or IP practitioner with a proven track record of originating or managing significant matters
• Portable client base / book of business preferred
• Demonstrated courtroom or ADR experience for litigation roles; patent/IP litigation experience for IP roles
• Ability to work collaboratively with corporate and ERISA teams; strong business development and client management skills
• Bar admission in California (or willingness to obtain) and eligibility to practice in relevant jurisdictions
