Lateral Partner — Litigation & International Arbitration, Boulder

Senior litigation partner wanted to lead and expand an established international arbitration and commercial litigation practice from the firm’s Boulder office. The role combines courtroom and arbitration advocacy with cross-border dispute work for a varied client base.

The successful candidate will join a collaborative team handling multi-jurisdictional disputes and will have resources to build and manage a portable practice. This is a partner-level role with client development and practice leadership expectations.

• Proven partner-level experience in international arbitration and commercial litigation.
• Strong record of trial and arbitration advocacy across domestic and cross-border matters.
• Established client relationships and demonstrated business development ability; a portable practice is welcome.
• Admission to a relevant U.S. bar and ability to work from the Boulder office.
