Lateral Partner — Litigation & International Arbitration, Las Vegas

Seeking a lateral partner to lead and expand a litigation and international arbitration practice from the Las Vegas office. The role focuses on complex cross-border disputes, international arbitration proceedings, and high‑stakes commercial litigation.

The successful candidate will work with a national and international disputes team, managing matters from strategy through arbitration or trial and mentoring junior lawyers. Strong client development skills are expected; candidates with a portable practice or demonstrable book of business will be prioritized.

• Established partner-level experience in litigation and international arbitration
• Proven record of handling cross‑border disputes and arbitration proceedings
• Strong advocacy, case management, and team leadership skills
• Business development capability and a track record of generating or bringing work (portable practice preferred)
• Bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction or ability to obtain admission
