Leading, well-established law firm seeks a Lateral Partner to join its Salt Lake City office to lead and grow a litigation and international arbitration practice. The role involves handling cross-border commercial disputes, leading complex arbitration proceedings, and managing high-stakes litigation matters.

The successful candidate will lead teams on domestic and international matters, supervise associates, and work closely with practice leaders across offices. There is an emphasis on sophisticated dispute resolution, client-facing responsibilities, and strategic case management.

Firm welcomes candidates with an existing portable practice or book of business and offers support for client development and platform growth in the region.

Established partner-level experience in commercial litigation and international arbitration
Proven track record of handling complex cross-border disputes and arbitrations
Experience leading teams and managing client relationships
Bar admission in relevant jurisdiction(s) and strong courtroom/arbitral advocacy skills
