Lateral Partner — Litigation & International Arbitration, Sioux Falls

Experienced litigation partner sought to join a well-established national/international litigation group in Sioux Falls. The role focuses on international arbitration and cross-border civil litigation matters, supporting a diverse corporate and institutional client base.

The partner will lead complex disputes, manage hearings and arbitrations, and collaborate with teams across jurisdictions. This is an opportunity to grow an arbitration-focused practice within a broader disputes platform and to mentor junior lawyers.

• Proven partner-level experience in litigation with a significant focus on international arbitration and cross-border disputes.
• Track record of handling complex arbitrations or multi-jurisdictional litigation; advocacy and hearing experience preferred.
• Demonstrated client development skills and willingness to grow a portable practice.
• Ability to supervise and develop associates and work collaboratively with multi-office teams.
• Admission to a U.S. bar and ability/willingness to be based in Sioux Falls.
