Leading national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Baltimore office to expand its litigation and labor & employment capabilities. The role will handle complex commercial litigation, employment disputes, professional liability matters and work with healthcare and construction-related clients.

The partner will lead cases from intake through trial, mentor junior lawyers, and collaborate with cross-practice teams on multi-jurisdictional matters. This is an opportunity to join a well-resourced practice with an established client base and referral network.

Competitive candidates will demonstrate a track record of courtroom experience, strong client relationships, and the ability to develop and grow a practice in the region.

Admission to practice in the relevant state and in good standing
Proven partner-level litigation experience in commercial, employment, professional liability and/or healthcare matters
Demonstrated trial and motion experience and ability to manage complex litigation teams
Established client relationships and a demonstrated ability to generate business; portable practice welcome
