Established national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its New Orleans office to grow and lead trial-focused litigation and labor & employment work. The role will handle a mix of commercial litigation, employment disputes, professional liability, healthcare and construction-related matters.

The hire will join a busy practice group, supervising associates, managing client relationships, and handling courtroom and arbitration matters. A portable practice or demonstrable business development track record is welcome.

Established partner-level litigation experience with a strong background in labor & employment and related commercial disputes
Proven trial and/or arbitration experience and the ability to manage complex matters
Track record of client development; portable book of business welcomed
Bar admission in Louisiana (or willingness to obtain) and ability to work from the New Orleans office
