Leading national litigation practice seeks a lateral partner to join its Portland office. The role focuses on commercial litigation with a strong emphasis on labor & employment disputes, professional liability, healthcare-related matters and construction litigation.

The position offers an opportunity to lead significant matters, develop client relationships and collaborate with a cross‑office team on regional and national cases. The team handles both defense-side and complex commercial matters for institutional and private clients.

The firm welcomes experienced partners with an established litigation practice; candidates with portable client relationships or a demonstrable track record of originating work will be given priority.

Experienced litigation partner with a strong background in labor & employment and related professional liability or healthcare matters
Proven trial and/or complex motion practice and experience managing litigation teams
Track record of client development; portable business or demonstrable origination history preferred
Bar admission in Oregon or ability to become admitted; ability to work from the Portland office
