Seeking a seasoned litigation partner to lead and grow trial and employment practices from the firm’s Raleigh office. The role focuses on commercial and professional liability litigation, labor & employment matters, and matters arising in healthcare and construction-related disputes.

The successful candidate will join a multi-office US firm and work with established litigation teams on regional and national matters. This is a client-facing, rainmaking role with responsibility for developing business, mentoring junior lawyers, and expanding the practice footprint in the region.

Proven track record as a partner-level litigator with significant experience in commercial and professional liability matters, labor & employment, and healthcare or construction disputes.
Ability to originate and grow client relationships; portable book of business welcomed.
Strong trial readiness, client management, and team leadership skills.
Bar admission in North Carolina (or willingness to obtain).
