A well-established national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Tucson litigation and labor & employment practice. The role focuses on commercial litigation, employment disputes, professional liability, healthcare-related matters and construction litigation handled for private clients across the region.

The partner will lead case teams, handle high‑stakes litigation and counseling matters, and work collaboratively with lawyers across practice groups. The role offers significant client-facing responsibility and opportunities to build and expand a regional practice.

A portable practice is welcomed; the firm is looking for a partner who can contribute client relationships and help drive business development while mentoring junior attorneys.

Partner-level litigation experience with a strong track record in employment/labor and commercial litigation
Experience handling professional liability, healthcare and/or construction disputes preferred
Proven client development skills; portable business welcomed
Ability to supervise associates, manage complex matters and work cross‑functionally
Active bar admission and standing in the relevant jurisdiction
