Leading US-founded law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its London litigation team. The role focuses on broad commercial and civil litigation across sectors, excluding IP prosecution, and will handle high-value, cross-border disputes.

The successful candidate will join a well-resourced disputes platform with UK and international matters, collaborating across practice groups and jurisdictions. The team handles trials, arbitrations and complex regulatory and contractual disputes.

Applicants should have an established, portable practice and the ability to originate and develop client relationships within the London market and internationally.

Experienced partner with a track record in commercial/civil litigation and dispute resolution
Proven business development skills and a portable client base or demonstrable ability to originate work
Strong advocacy and case management experience (trial and/or arbitration)
Qualified/admitted in the relevant jurisdiction(s) and able to work in the UK
