Lateral Partner — Litigation — Long Island (Melville)

Well-established national firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Long Island (Melville) litigation practice. The role will focus on leading commercial and civil litigation matters for regional and national clients, supervising associates, and strengthening the office’s trial capabilities.

The team handles a broad range of disputes across industry sectors. The successful candidate will work closely with local partners and national practice leaders on matters from case intake through trial and appeals, while helping grow client relationships in the region.

• Established litigation partner with significant trial and courtroom experience.
• Active New York bar admission (or able to obtain).
• Proven track record of managing complex civil litigation and supervising associate teams.
• Demonstrated client development ability; a portable practice or demonstrable book of business is preferred.
