Lateral Partner, Litigation — Los Angeles

Opportunity for a lateral partner to join a busy litigation team in the Los Angeles office, with a focus on class action and privacy/data-protection matters. The role will handle complex, high-stakes litigation across consumer and regulatory arenas.

The team represents clients on multi-jurisdictional disputes and privacy incidents; the role suits an experienced trial lawyer with a track record in class actions or data-privacy litigation and strong client-facing skills.

The firm welcomes candidates with a portable practice or established client relationships and offers collaboration across national litigation and privacy groups.

• Established partner-level experience in class actions and/or privacy & data-protection litigation
• Proven trial and complex litigation skills, including motion practice and discovery management
• Demonstrated client development or an existing portable practice
• Admission to the California bar (or eligibility) and JD from an accredited law school
• Ability to work collaboratively across practice groups and mentor junior lawyers
