Busy national litigation team is seeking a lateral partner to join its McLean/Northern Virginia office. The role is for a trial-focused commercial litigator who will lead matters, manage teams and expand an existing litigation practice in the region.

We are looking for an experienced first-chair trial lawyer with a track record of handling complex commercial disputes and courtroom experience. The position emphasizes client ownership, business development and mentorship of junior lawyers within a full-service litigation platform.

Established partner-level litigation experience with first-chair trial work
Proven ability to originate and grow client relationships; portable practice or demonstrable business generation is a plus
Admitted or able to obtain admission in Virginia (or relevant jurisdictions)
Strong courtroom presence, case management and team leadership skills
