Lateral Partner — Litigation, Minneapolis

Major national litigation practice seeks a lateral partner to join its Minneapolis office. The role is focused on handling complex commercial and civil litigation matters, leading trial teams, and developing client relationships across industry sectors.

Ideal candidates will be first-chair trial lawyers with a proven record at the partner level and the ability to bring or grow a portable practice. The team offers platform support for client development, case management, and cross-office collaboration.

• Current partner or equivalent with substantial litigation experience and first-chair trial experience.
• Proven ability to originate and develop client relationships; portable practice preferred.
• Comfort managing teams on large, complex matters and collaborating with national/regional offices.
• Admission to the Minnesota bar or eligibility to transfer/admit; excellent written and oral advocacy skills.
