Well-established national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Montréal litigation group. The role focuses on commercial and complex civil litigation matters across Quebec and nationally, including courtroom advocacy and strategic case management.

The successful candidate will help grow an existing litigation practice, collaborate with senior partners and cross‑practice teams, and play a visible role in business development. A portable practice is required.

Proven track record in commercial litigation; significant courtroom and arbitration experience preferred.
Licensed to practise in Québec (or eligible) with strong knowledge of civil procedure and advocacy in Québec courts.
Established client relationships and a portable practice (business development capabilities).
Ability to mentor junior lawyers and contribute to firmwide initiatives.
