Senior litigation partner role based in Muscat for a respected international law firm. This is a leadership-facing position within the Oman office, focused on managing and developing a litigation practice and supporting continuity as current senior partners transition toward retirement.

The role offers responsibility for running complex commercial litigation matters, mentoring junior lawyers, and expanding local and regional client relationships. Candidates with an existing portable practice or demonstrable client origination track record will be particularly competitive.

Established litigation partner with substantial experience leading commercial disputes.
Proven track record of originating and managing client relationships; portable book of business or demonstrable origination capability preferred.
Experience supervising and developing teams and delivering high-quality client service.
Admission or eligibility to practise in the relevant jurisdiction(s) and ability to work in Muscat.
