Senior litigation partner role with a leading international law firm’s Muscat office. The role is focused on growing and leading contentious work across Oman, advising on high‑value commercial and civil disputes.

The successful candidate will take a senior leadership role within the disputes team, mentoring junior lawyers, driving business development and expanding the firm’s litigation franchise in the market. A portable practice is valued and candidates with an existing book of business will be strongly considered.

Proven partner‑level litigation experience in the region; strong track record of handling complex commercial disputes.
Demonstrable business development ability and a portable practice or clear plan to originate work.
Eligible to practise in Oman or able to obtain local practising status; fluent English; regional market knowledge.
