A global law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its New York litigation team. The role will handle complex commercial and regulatory disputes across domestic and cross-border matters, working with a multidisciplinary team on high‑stakes litigation.

This is a partner-level opening for an experienced trial lawyer with a proven record of leading matters, supervising teams, and developing client relationships. The role offers a platform to expand an existing practice and collaborate with national and international litigators.

Candidates with a portable practice or an ability to generate new business are encouraged to apply; there is flexibility to integrate a transferred book of business into the broader team.

Established partner-level experience in commercial or regulatory litigation.
Proven trial and appellate advocacy, law‑firm leadership or practice management experience.
Demonstrated business development skills; portable practice preferred.
Excellent drafting, strategic litigation planning, and team leadership abilities.
Admitted to practice in an appropriate U.S. jurisdiction (New York admission desirable).
