Lateral Partner — Litigation, Palo Alto

Established national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Palo Alto litigation team. The role focuses on leading and expanding a commercial litigation practice, handling significant business disputes across state and federal courts.

The team values trial experience, courtroom presence and strong client relationships. The hire will work with a collaborative cross‑office platform and have support from experienced associates and staff to manage complex matters.

• Proven track record in commercial litigation — substantial courtroom and trial experience preferred
• Portable practice or demonstrable client development ability
• Experience managing teams and mentoring associates
• Active bar admission in California (or ability to obtain) and eligibility to practice in federal courts
