A well-established national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Palo Alto litigation team. The role focuses on securities-related litigation and white-collar matters, advising corporate clients and individuals in complex disputes and investigations.

The team handles high-stakes contested matters in federal and state courts and before regulators. The successful candidate will join a collaborative group with deep trial and investigative experience and will play a significant role in originating and leading engagements.

Experienced litigator with a strong background in securities litigation and/or white-collar/criminal investigations
Proven trial and/or regulatory enforcement experience
Track record of originating or developing client relationships and the ability to build a portable practice
California bar admission (or eligibility) and experience practicing in federal courts
