An established Canadian law firm is seeking a mid‑to‑senior level lateral partner to join its Vancouver team in the Litigation and Real Estate practice areas. The role suits partners with a strong active practice and the ability to service sophisticated commercial matters.

While a portable book of business is welcome, the firm places greater emphasis on demonstrable practice strength, technical excellence and the ability to collaborate across practices. Areas of interest include financial services, private equity, real estate, environmental and white‑collar litigation.

Oppportunities are available for experienced partners and for more junior partners with a solid practice; the firm is flexible on retirement timelines for senior hires and open to service partners in select areas.

Senior partner-level experience in commercial litigation and/or real estate matters.
Admitted or eligible to practice in British Columbia (or able to qualify promptly).
Proven technical ability and track record of handling complex matters; client development skills preferred but portable book not strictly required.
Comfort working collaboratively across internal practice groups and with senior client teams.
