Candidates should be comfortable as first-chair trial counsel and able to supervise associates, develop strategy, and engage with clients. The firm welcomes candidates with an established portable practice or the ability to bring and grow client relationships in the region.

Established litigation partner with substantial first-chair trial experience
Licensed to practice in Utah (or able to obtain reciprocity/admission)
Proven record of managing complex civil litigation matters and supervising teams
Business development capability and experience maintaining client relationships
