Lateral Partner, Litigation — San Francisco

Partner opportunity with a leading U.S. firm seeking an experienced commercial litigator to join its San Francisco litigation team. The role focuses on a broad litigation practice (trial and appellate work) across complex commercial matters.

The team handles a wide range of non-IP litigation matters and is looking for a partner who will contribute significant portable client relationships and new business development in the region. The role offers partnership leadership, case strategy responsibilities, and collaboration with national litigation colleagues.

• Established partner with a demonstrable litigation practice and track record of high‑value matters (trial experience preferred).
• Portable client relationships and ability to develop business in the Bay Area market.
• Strong written and oral advocacy skills; experience with complex commercial disputes.
• Bar admission in California (or willingness to obtain) and ability to work from the San Francisco office.
